Time blocks or partnership?
Time-Blocks
We offer consulting time blocks for those times that you just need someone to get stuff done in your system. This is a no-fuss approach, where we work with you to figure out what you need done, and we go away and do it. We log everything we do in a detailed project management system, (which you have full access to) and we keep records of time spent and deliverables achieved.
You have 3 months in which to use the purchased time. Please book in early however as these time blocks tend to get purchased quickly. Choose options on the right with HOURS in them.
Tech/Strategy Partnership
Let us be your strategy and system division. A technology/strategy partnership essentially means us being a part of your business. We will work with you to build your systems and procedures. For a fraction of the cost of a full time employee we will guide you and help you to succeed.
Hiring us for a number of hours every month is very often the best use of time and energy as it allows us to get to know you and your business and to tailor the systems to your exact requirements. We will have regular meetings to define goals and set tasks. We will be there to ensure accountability and continued progress.
We have three levels of partnership; Silver, Gold and Platinum.
A SILVER partnership is approximately 10 hours of our time a month (depending on tasks and interaction). We set fortnightly virtual meetings to agree on tasks and strategy to keep the business moving forward.
A GOLD partnership comprises approximately 20 hours of our time a month (depending on tasks and interaction). We set weekly meetings and agree on outcomes and strategy for us to achieve between us each week.
A PLATINUM partnership comprises approximately one day a week where I am dedicated to your business. We set weekly meetings and agree on outcomes and strategy for us to achieve between us each week.
The accountability and consistency of these programs makes progress an inevitability.
